Cheesy Bacon Meatloaf
Prep Time: 15 min
Total Time: 1 hr 15 min
Makes: 6

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. each garlic powder, seasoning salt, dried oregano leaves
1/8 tsp. cracked black pepper (optional)
9 slices OSCAR MAYER Ready to Serve Bacon

MIX meat, egg, cheese, milk, bread crumbs and seasonings.
SHAPE into loaf in 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with bacon slices.
BAKE at 400°F for 1 hour or until center is no longer
pink. Remove from oven. Let stand 3 minutes before removing from pan. Cut into slices to serve.

1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix
5 OSCAR MAYER Wieners, sliced

BRING 1-2/3 cups water and margarine to boil in
medium saucepan.
STIR in stuffing. Add wieners; cover.
REDUCE heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.



Salmon Loaf

Salmon loaf with a little chopped onion, eggs, and
bread crumbs.

INGREDIENTS:

* 1 can (16 ounces) salmon, drained
* 2 cups soft bread crumbs
* 2 eggs, lightly beaten
* 1/2 cup milk or evaporated milk
* 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
* 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
* 1 teaspoon salt
* dash pepper

PREPARATION:
Mash salmon; combine with remaining ingredients and put in a buttered loaf pan about 9 x 5 x 1-inch. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, or until loaf is firm. Serves 4.


Cheesy Tuna Melt
Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time: 18 min
Makes: 4 servings

1 can (6 oz.) tuna, drained, flaked
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo Light Mayonnaise or MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
8 slices white bread
8 KRAFT 2% Milk Singles
8 tsp. vegetable oil spread or margarine

MIX tuna, mayo and celery.
COVER one bread slice with one 2% Milk Singles, tuna mixture and second 2% Milk Singles. Top with second bread slice. Repeat to make 4 sandwiches. Spread outside of sandwiches with vegetable oil spread.
COOK in skillet on medium heat until lightly browned
on both sides.


 


 

 

 

Burrito Bake
Prep Time: 15 min
Total Time: 45 min
Makes: 6 servings

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Taco Seasoning Mix
3/4 cup water
12 TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Flour Tortillas
1 can (16 oz.) TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Refried Beans
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Add seasoning mix and water. Bring toboil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 min., stirring occasionally.
PLACE 4 of the tortillas on bottom of
greased 9-inch pie plate. Cover with half
each of the refried beans, meat mixture and cheese. Repeat layers once. Top with remaining 4 tortillas.
BAKE 30 min. or until heated through and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges to serve.


Cheesy Salsa Meat Loaf

Makes: 8 servings

2 lb. ground beef
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 clove garlic, minced

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
SHAPE into loaf in 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour or until center is no longer pink. Remove from oven. Let stand 3 minutes before removing from pan. Cut into slices to serve.

Creamy Salmon Soup

INGREDIENTS:

* 1 tablespoons butter or margarine
* 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
* 3 cups milk
* 1 slice onion
* 1 can (16 ounces) salmon
* salt and pepper
* chopped parsley, for garnish

PREPARATION:
Melt butter over medium low heat in a 2-quart saucepan; stir in flour. In a separate saucepan, scald milk with 1 slice of onion; remove onion from milk. Gradually add milk to butter-flour mixture, stirring constantly over low heat.
Makes 4 servings.


Easy Chicken Parmesan

Prep Time: 5 min
Total Time: 40 min
Makes: 6 servings

1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
6 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.)
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Pour sauce into 13x9-inch baking dish. Carefully stir in 4 Tbsp. (1/4 cup) of the Parmesan cheese. Add chicken; turn over to evenly coat both sides with sauce. Cover with foil.
BAKE 30 minutes. Uncover.
TOP with mozzarella cheese and remaining 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese; continue baking 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted. Serve over hot cooked pasta, if desired.

1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

PREPARE Dinner as directed on package.
MEANWHILE, brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain.
MIX Dinner, meat, tomatoes and parsley.

Great Substitute
Use 1 can (15 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained, if fresh are not available.

Mac & Cheese Skillet Lasagna
Prep Time: 5 min
Total Time: 30 min
Makes: 4 servings, about 1 cup each

1 lb. ground beef
1-1/2 cups water
1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) vegetable oil spread or margarine
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

BROWN meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
ADD water and Macaroni; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer 7 to 8 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
STIR in Cheese Sauce Mix, milk, vegetable oil spread and spaghetti sauce. Reduce heat to low. Top with the mozzarella cheese; cover. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.


Creamed Salmon on Toast

INGREDIENTS:

* 1 (14.75 ounces) can salmon, drained,skin and bones removed
* 3 tablespoons butter
* 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
* 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
* 2 cups milk
* 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper, to taste
* 6 slices bread, toasted

PREPARATION:
1. Over medium heat, melt the butter in a large saucepan.
2. Add in flour and stir until smooth; add in onions.
3. Stir in milk gradually.
4. Bring mixture to a boil while stirring constantly.
5. Cook and continue stirring for 2 minutes or until thickened.
6. Lower heat.
7. Add in salmon and salt and pepper; stir to combine.
8. Cook about 10-12 more minutes or until well heated.
9. Serve over toast.
